We are Tonda Gagliardo and Karl Bradley, owners of Thyme Catering in beautiful Door County, WI. We've spent our entire careers in the restaurant and food service industry and can't think of a better way to share our passion and love of cooking, serving up inspired dishes, and the camaraderie felt around a dinner table than through catering special events and celebrations for you and your guests. Our Story

Both Michiganders who made our way to this charming Wisconin peninsula over 30 years ago, we set down roots in Door County and never looked back. After managing a local restaurant for the better part of two decades, we decided to set out on our own and see where this 'little catering business' could take us. Fast forward to today and we happily operate Thyme Catering out of our restaurant, Thyme Restaurant, in Sister Bay.

 

We believe in locally sourced, farm to table, quality ingredients, well prepared and beautifully presented, and have paired with local growers for many of our seasonal produce items. We attribute our success in Door County to our work ethic, consistency, food quality, and our experienced and friendly catering team.

 

Our knowledgeable and talented staff is capable of catering events on or off site and creating custom menus to suit any taste or event.  Small or large, corporate or personal, wedding, birthday, or anniversary, your event means the world to us and we treat it as we would our own family!
